SORRY, NO PETS

ELIGIBILITY

Renters must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid drivers license. Driving records will be verified.

Renter must also have a valid Visa, MasterCard or Discover Credit Card.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT

A Class 'C' Motorhome has a damage deposit of $750, the Class 'A' Motorhome carries a $1,000 damage deposit. Customers are responsible for all damages to the motorhomes, up to the damage deposit amount except for damages to the roof, roof air and interior damages due to misuse of the motorhome, customers are responsible for these IN FULL!

RESERVATION DEPOSIT

A reservation deposit equal to the damage deposit on a motorhome will secure the unit for the contracted time. Reservation deposits are refundable if cancellation of the contract occurs a minimum of 14 days prior to the start of the contract.

INSURANCE

Lloyd Bridges Traveland fully insures the rental units. Customers are responsible for the damage deposit amounts stated above.

Additional liability insurance is available for coverage up to $1,000,000 through RVSLI.COM for an additional cost.

PICK-UP AND RETURNS

Units are available for pick-up after 2:00 P. M. Monday - Friday only. Units must be returned before 10:00 A. M. Monday - Friday only.

PAYMENT

All security deposits must be paid with a Visa, MasterCard or Discover Credit Card. The estimated rental fees, including mileage estimate, are due and payable upon departure. Required forms are: Cash, Teller/Certified Check, Visa, MasterCard or Discover Credit Card.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL

Lloyd Bridges Traveland reserves the right to verify the credit worthiness and stability of all renters and has the right to refuse services to those deemed unreliable.

FUEL

All units are rented with full gasoline and propane tanks. Renters will have fuels full upon return.

BREAKDOWNS

Contact Lloyd Bridges Traveland, if need be the unit can then be taken to a local RV Dealership or Ford or Chevrolet Dealership depending on the unit and the breakdown.

RESPONSIBILITY

Lloyd Bridges Traveland will NOT be responsible for hotel charges, car rentals or other costs in the event of a breakdown. Liability is expressly limited to the rental charges for any days total loss of vehicle use and will be refunded upon check-in.

AVAILABILITY

If for any reason beyond the company's control the reserved vehicle is not available, Lloyd Bridges Traveland reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of equal value, or a higher rated vehicle at not additional cost to the renter. If a lower rated vehicle is offered, Lloyd Bridges Traveland is responsible to refund the cost difference between the two vehicles.
